Energy Flow

“Let Go, Or Be Dragged”
Zen Proverb

A dictionary definition of ‘Flow’ is:

To move smoothly with unbroken continuity
To circulate
To proceed steadily and easily
Thank you to : www.thefreedictionary.com

And these definitions beautifully describe how the Energy in and around you should flow to allow the life of your desires to manifest.

Think of the flow of a river.  The water doesn’t come to a stop when confronted by an obstacle.  Instead it seamlessly flows around or over the obstacle and continues on its way.  It doesn’t allow anything to block its way.  And to create a free flow of positive Energy in your home and in your body; your thoughts and feelings should move in the same unrestricted and natural way.

The practice of Feng Shui with its many different formulas will help you create a positive energetic flow in your home and your body.  Use placement, colour, sound, light, shapes and movement; all practical steps you can take in your home and in your office to smooth the way for the Chi to flow harmoniously.  Use colour and shapes when choosing your clothes and accessories.  This will make you feel good and positive about yourself which allows positive Chi to flow internally without restriction.

Purposefully using the Law of Attraction will direct you towards creating a positive energetic flow in your mind and your everyday life.  Your negative thoughts and your negative feelings are the biggest block to you achieving the life of your dreams.  Your beliefs are based on the perceptions passed on to you by other people.  They can sound logical and true but there is a saying “Let go of your beliefs and you will see more of the truth.”  www.thesecret.tv

Whatever you desire emotionally, physically or materially you would already be experiencing in reality if you were not blocking the energetic flow in some way.

Don’t be influenced by the words of others.  Know that you have a right to receive your desires and the pathway to this receiving is your lack of resistance.

“Whatever you resist persists.”  Attributed to Carl Jung

In your home you block the free-flow of Chi (Energy) with such things as:
Heavy furniture
Badly-positioned furniture
Dark décor
Clutter

In your body and mind you block the free-flow of Energy with such things as:
Negative thoughts
Negative feelings

To live your life ‘by design’ and with purpose you first have to be very clear about what it is you desire.

To actively bring your desires to you first list them, and be detailed in your descriptions.

Do you desire a “new car?” Without resistance you might indeed attract a new car but is it the car you would have chosen?

Unless you are specific and detailed you take the chance of getting what you ask for without getting precisely what you were seeking.

Heaven, Earth and Mankind

Your whole idea about yourself is borrowed-- borrowed from those who have no idea of who they are themselves"
Osho

Heaven, Earth and Mankind Luck incorporate the Energy that permeates everything in existence.
In Feng Shui this is also known as Tien, Ti and Ren.

Law of Attraction
In the Law of Attraction Heaven can be interpreted as being ‘your higher self,’ ‘universal energy,’ ‘your infinite genie,’ ‘all that is.’

Earth is the world you choose to see.  The Law of Attraction teaches that nothing is visible until you choose to make it so, and it is through your thoughts and your feelings that you create the world around you.

Mankind is each one of us.

The Law of Attraction is a universal law affecting everyone and everything in existence.
It is in action whether you believe it or not; it is in operation 24-7, 365 days of the year.

Even if you don’t believe it, you will attract all the evidence you seek to prove it doesn’t exist – and what brings you that evidence – the Law of Attraction.

We are not individual; we are all connected through the energetic Universe and in some way your experience and how you choose to live your life will affect the universal Energy.

If you choose to create a positive consciousness you send positive vibrations out into the Universe and that in turn will affect others with like vibrations.

When you think a thought either positive or negative that thought is being sent out into the universal energy.  It links up with other thoughts on the same wavelength and they are attracted back to you.

In other words your thoughts expand and you receive into your experience, more of what your predominant thoughts are – whether they are positive or negative.  The Law of Attraction does not stand in judgement – it just IS.

This is one of the fundamental principles of the Law of Attraction.

It is powerful and effective so if you are currently not living the life of your dreams, there is never a wrong time to begin harnessing its incredible force.

‘NOW’ is the only time you have so ‘NOW’ is a good time to begin.  It is never too late.

Feng Shui

In the practice of Feng Shui Heaven Luck is Karma; the result of your past lives and experiences, beliefs and characteristics you are born with that cannot be changed; it is one third of your luck on this Earth.

In Feng Shui Earth is the practice of Feng Shui.  It is the arrangement of your home and work environment to enhance for positive Chi Energy and harmony.

This can be harnessed to create an energetic haven; a space to refresh your body, mind and spirit.
Whether it is the Law of Attraction or Feng Shui, Mankind is each one of us.

In Feng Shui Mankind Luck is interpreted as how you seize opportunities that come your way.  If you do nothing, you will likely receive nothing.

Feng Shui is a proactive practice you can utilise to bring harmony into your home; into your work and into your interaction with everyone you come into contact with.

Whether it is the universal Law of Attraction or the practice of Feng Shui they can both be used to positively attract your ideal life.

Neither will permit things to just ‘fall into your lap’ without any contribution from you, whether that contribution is positive thought or positive action.

However one thing all Law of Attraction teachers and Feng Shui Masters will agree on is that to consciously design your life is an incredibly fun thing to do.

While ‘work’ is required to harness positive Energy, it should certainly not feel like work in the traditional sense of the word.

Rejoice in the knowledge you, and you alone, have the power to create your life.

How you choose to create it is up to you.

What Does Your Future Hold?

There are far, far better things ahead than those we leave behind
CS Lewis

Your future holds whatever you think and feel about today!

So why not think big, feel great about it and wait for things to happen.

The mistake most of us make is to regret the past and look forward to the future.

Sometimes we wish we could travel back in time to relive the past and sometimes we wish we could be someone, or somewhere, else.

Whatever has happened in the past, and that can be decades ago or seconds ago; it cannot be changed.  It was the result of your thoughts and feelings at the time.

Rather than living in that residual experience a more exciting and productive exercise is to visualise your future; visualise your future as though it was already here.

When things are currently not going the way you desire you can find it difficult to imagine anything can change.  Unfortunately that train of thought, which will be combined with negative feelings, is going to make it translate into fact.

Your thoughts are both conscious and unconscious and while you may say one thing you can be thinking and feeling something completely different.

Far better switch yourself off from the negative and focus on the positive.  Your feelings are an indicator of which path you are on and you can’t feel good and bad at the same time.

Which feeling will bring positive results?

Awake or asleep, aware or unaware the Law of Attraction never goes away and it always responds to your thoughts and your feelings.

Awake or asleep, aware or unaware the quality of the Energy in your immediate environment is as auspicious or inauspicious as you have created it.

Repetition and focus have likely got you where you currently are.

To change, repetition and focus can get you where you want to be.

Let everyone else choose their own path.  Attempting to influence the experience of someone else is both impossible and a waste of the power you have.

Be proactive in designing your life; it is yours after all and you are the only one who can accomplish this.

Choose one of the Feng Shui formulas you feel comfortable with and begin organizing your physical life.  That is your home, your work and yourself.

The Five Element Formula or the Eight Aspirations Formula are based around a set paradigm and once you know the correct compass directions of your home and office; the facing and sitting directions of your home and office; you can begin to harness the positive Chi and start positively changing the flow of Energy around you.

Create a gentle, harmonious flow that brings with it a sense of peace and tranquillity.

At its most basic Feng Shui is not difficult to practice and its benefits are endless.  Feng Shui provides a guideline allowing you to channel the Energy that permeates all things in a positive and proactive way.

The Law of Attraction and Feng Shui practice highlight the importance of being happy, staying positive and being grateful for what you have now.

Once you can do this you begin to attract positive experiences into your life.

To the fulfillment of your dreams

What and Where is Energy?

A man should look for what is, and not for what he thinks should be
Albert Einstein

That’s an easy one; it’s everything and everywhere!  What’s next?

No seriously, that is the right answer.

From all that we see, hear and feel to all that we can’t see, hear or feel everything is energy.  When anything is broken down to its smallest size it is energy, vibrating as different frequencies.

If the frequencies are in alignment with our frequencies we will attract them into our experience.

Frequencies that are not in alignment with our frequencies no matter how much we may desire something we will not attract it.

If we are out of alignment with receiving it, the Law of Attraction will not bring it into our experience.

Both Feng Shui and Law of Attraction teach us how to capture positive energy.

In Feng Shui practice this is achieved by arranging our homes, gardens and offices in a harmonious and clutter-free way to allow positive Chi to permeate our spaces.

When practising any one of the Feng Shui formulas, we seek to harness positive energy and block negative energy from our experience.

We activate the positive energy with light, sound and movement to create an auspicious environment.

We suppress the negative energy by diverting it, or slowing it down making it either change direction or revert to positive energy.

In Law of Attraction this is achieved by releasing our internal negative energies, manifested as negative thoughts and feelings, and replacing them with positive thoughts and feelings.

It may be that we have deep-rooted negative energies and to eliminate them totally from our experience we can seek out one of the ‘releasing techniques’ to clear blockages in our energetic body.   One of the most popular and effective releasing techniques is known as EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique.  You can seek out the services of a qualified practitioner or search the internet and discover how you can practice the technique in the privacy of your own home.  It is a fast and effective remedy for clearing energetic blockages in our body.

There is a common analogy used regarding an explanation of the Law of Attraction and that is ‘Like Attracts Like.’

The truth is however that like vibrations attract each other when they are in resonance.

Quantum Physics studies have observed that we see the world not as it really is, as much as who we are.

Our thoughts and feelings are based around a set of beliefs and attitudes we have grown up with and have accepted as fact up to this point.  We have been influenced by family, friends, teachers and others.  We have developed ‘beliefs’ that are not based on reality, they are based on our perceived experience up to now.

To change our lives for the better we have to let go of everything we have believed up to this point.  If we continue our life path doing what we have always done and expect things to improve we are kidding ourselves.

The only way to change is to change our strategies.

All the people in our lives are those we have attracted because we were, at the time, in vibrational alignment with them.

If we change and they don’t then we become out of alignment with them.  At this point we have to make tough choices.  We either stay stuck where we are or decide we want more and make changes in line with our aspirations.

This is where the ‘work’ part of Feng Shui and Law of Attraction comes in.  If you are really in accord with changing your life for the better then this work will not feel like work, it will be fun as you begin to design your ideal life.
